Example of extruded MF compound products

All these boards are made with MF compound

All these boards are made with MF compound : binder (here mini 15%) + wood wastes (click to enlarge)

MF series machines are ideal for recycling, reusing and valorizing wood wastes, like sawdust, wood from constructions, and various forestry poorly valorized byproducts. For extrusion molding, the binder rate can be lowered to 0% according to the purpose of the final product and depending on the input type (in this case wood). Of course, these are only examples of what it is possible to do with the MF process when biomass rate in the compound inputs is higher than 60%. Note that binder also depends on the final purpose.
